Frederic, Pascal, I'd like to update devel/binutils and devel/gas to 2.45.1.
Tested on -current/amd64, looks good. Also based on a differences between 2.45 and 2.45.1: https://github.com/bminor/binutils-gdb/compare/binutils-2_45...binutils-2_45_1 I don't see anything that may broke our use case. Ok to commit?
