This is an update for devel/git-crypt to its latest version 0.8.0
Changes in the software:
Remove OpenSSL 1.0 support, fix compilation with OpenSSL 3.
Avoid use of problematic short GPG key IDs.
Not much changed in the port a part from the site URL which returned an error.
Builds and works fine for me on amd64.
