Hello ports,

I'd like to import dnsviz, the python utility behind https://dnsviz.net.
I find it helpful while performing DNSSEC KSK rotations and the software
is relatively simple. Attached are both net/dnsviz and the a new dep,
math/py-pygraphviz. Do mind, that's not math/py-graphviz; is there
something that can be done about it? Tarball includes both ports, to be
extracted on /usr/ports.
