just passing by, but since we have 31/ now, shouldnt 30 have the MESSAGE
hinting at upgrading to 31 to keep the "only support the latest" motto ?

But we have no nextcloud 31 in 7.7/stable. The message only makes sense
in -current!?

The MESSAGE should be added to 30 in -current.

that doesnt forbid upgrades ofc, but the hint is necessary to get
everyone on 31 (or 32) by 7.8.

"To ensure support, please update to the latest version"

is ok?
