I wonder if we can just zap the second paragraph of DESCR. Standards
compliance is kind of implied by the first paragraph (especially if you
drop 'with the aim' for concision).

I also wonder if it doesn't belong next to math/cgal into math. At least
it probably should have math in its CATEGORIES. Also is the boost
constraint really needed at this point?
