The dependency will be switched at some point but unlikely before 7.7 release. I run a few things with 8.3 and just leave the 8.2 packages lying around unused, it's only a little bit of disk space.

Hello,

I'm running Nextcloud 29 and swapped out php-8.2 with php-8.3. I don't
seem to have any problems. I wanted to delete php-8.2, but I get the
message it cannot be deleted without deleting nextcloud-29.

Is there a way to change the dependency to php-8.3 locally on my system
to avoid this issue? Is there a plan to move to php-8.3 on later
releases?
