py-rns: let's enable tests; MODPY_PYTEST_ARGS = -v tests/all.py link tests fail here (I'm assuming they need a working link) but others are happy. otherwise ok. nomadnet, py-lxmf: NO_TEST=Yes, then ok (it would be slightly easier, when sending several ports that need to be reviewed together, if they were in a single tar, so we don't need to extract them individually).
