new version of my update for sysutils/lsd version 1.1.5 ("ls deluxe" written in 
Rust): update patch for libgit2 >= 1.9.0

- update Makefile, distinfo and crates.inc
- remove old patch for crate libgit2-sys-0.14.2+1.5.1
- add patch for crate libgit2-sys-0.16.2+1.7.2: fix build with libgit2 >= 1.9.0

Build and tests OK on current/amd64 with Rust 1.83.0.

Tests welcome and please commit if OK.
