Dear maintainer of gumbo-parser package,
 
I'd like to notify you that gumbo-parser releases 0.12.2 and 0.12.3 have
ABI incompatible changes relative to the other 0.12.X releases. You are
advised to upgrade the package to 0.13.0 and rebuild all dependent
packages against it as soon as possible to avoid unexpected problems in
downstream applications.
