Tested on amd64 and i386. There is a libtool warning at the end of the installation (make fake) that says to run ``libtool --finish /usr/local/lib/apache2''. I don't think this fits under LIBTOOL_FLAGS.
pkg/DESCR: mod_fcgid has a new process management strategy, which concentrates on reducing the number of fastcgi server, and kick out the corrupt fastcgi server as soon as possible.
