Hi, security/burp is outdated and I'm not sure it's even relevant anymore.
I've looked into the newer versions, but it seems to have grown into a bigger beast (even bundling Chrome!) and has become even more Linux-centric [1 & 2]. Adding to that, the community edition is very limited in functionality. I still even did try to update it, but ran into issues with our JDK 21: Could not start Burp: java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError Also tried the installer: $ bash burpsuite_community_linux_v2024_11_1.sh Unpacking JRE ... Starting Installer ... burpsuite_community_linux_v2024_11_1.sh: line 653: /home/dbd/Downloads/burpsuite_community_linux_v2024_11_1.sh.67829.dir/jre/bin/java: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error Even if it is not packaged, maybe it's time to send it to /dev/null? Or does anyone here still actively use it?
