I lack the hardware, so I can't test, but this is port-wise OK kn after
- drop REVISION
- drop unused MY_*
- unless order matters, includes go together at the end,
so "crates.inc" should come right before <bsd.port.mk>
- post-install's mv fits in one line; if you split it,
please indent the second one.
No need to resend a tarball for this, the (im)porter can amend it, imho.
