Hey ports@

In the last thread WRT updating games/minetest, someone mentioned that
it will be renamed "luanti":

https://marc.info/?t=172912778000001&r=1&w=2

Well, 5.10.0 got released in the meantime. That version renames itself
to luanti. So, I was thinking we could rename this port accordingly,
and remove the old minetest port.

This is a NEW tarball for the games/luanti port, pointed at version
5.10.0. I also am taking MAINTAINER for this. The CONFIGURE_FLAGS are
now consistently ON/OFF as Kirill mentioned for cleanliness. (also,
thanks for the libatomic fix, Kirill).

luanti has a known bug with their OpenGL implementation, that
supposedly will be fixed when they fully migrate to sdl2 instead of
OpenGL. This bug makes the program segfault on exit, and as far as I
can tell, they won't fix this in the OpenGL version. We'll just have to
wait it out. See the github issue:

https://github.com/minetest/minetest/issues/15333

This is a changelog from 5.9.1 -> 5.10.0:

https://dev.minetest.net/Changelog#5.9.1_.E2.86.92_5.10.0

I also committed this into the openbsd-wip repository, as I plan to (in
a later revision), add a RC script for those looking to run the server
easily. I'm not too well versed in RC scripting, and I don't have much
of an interest in running this as a server, so I'll put that off to a
later date:

https://github.com/jasperla/openbsd-wip/commit/38ee360bad8eb44bc36b46a431db0fa170f2a922

I briefly tested on amd64, I did not test on other architectures, so
YMMV. I noticed performance was slightly better in this version than
in 5.9.1, could be placebo though. Other than the aformentioned
segfault-on-exit, no issues.

Anywho, the port tarball is attached. Good to merge for now?
