I have no indication that would lead me to believe otherwise, but I
haven't looked.

I don't think so, but you're welcome to look at it.

Your negativity doesn't help anyone.

Can I update the port and you 'import' another 'port' which is the
current minio (with a MESSAGE to tell the users to update the password)?
I don't think it's fair to put that burden on the maintainer, since as
far as I can tell, you're the only one having this weird setup.

If people disagree with that statement, I'll just drop the
maintainership (which won't change much since I'm not able to actually
maintain it as we're stuck with that old version).
