If you didn't apply the diff with ''patch -p0'', then the patch for
the psutil .c file is probably in the sysutils/py-psutil directory
instead of landing in the (correct) patches/ subdirectory.  So it was
probably not applied to the psutil tarball.  Anyway, I have committed
the diff, so just cvs up and use ''make clean reinstall''.  If the
issue persists then I don't know what's going on.

After that you should probably clean up the remaining files in
sysutils/py-psutil; and drop the glances-*p0 plist/package and the
REVISION bump, as it may conflit with a potential future change in the
glances port.
