VLC; 7.6-beta AMD64 Sept. 17th

VLC 3.0.20p4

Problem: VLC will not play the video of an MP4 and shows only a black 
screen, however the audio of the MP4 plays just fine.

Problem: VLC will immediately crash when attempting to play a DVD.

Same behavior in both FVWM and Mate DE

Anyone else experiencing this problem?
