geo/py-geojson: New port

Hi, ports@:

    Here is a patch to create new port geo/py-geojson, which is the 
RUN_D of geo/py-planet. Current py-planet in ports could 
not work because of missing geo/py-geojson.

   It build and run well on amd64-current system.
