Hi, I would like to echo a message during 'mktexlsr' on some ports, which are done via @exec / @unexec. mktexlsr can take a while on large texmf trees and on slow computers, so I would like to inform the user that something is happening.
A simple: @exec echo "test" Does not seem to work. Is there a way to do so? Thanks -- Best Regards Edd --------------------------------------------------- http://students.dec.bournemouth.ac.uk/ebarrett
