According to the package list at https://cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/snapshots/packages/amd64/ the ports were last updated as 12-Dec-2023 13:05 in *some* time zone, but "pkg_add -u" didn't notice the new packages on my system until a couple of hours ago. Do I misunderstand the package timestamps? Perhaps the ports tree started compiling at some point before 1pm on Tuesday, but if you fixed the issue before noon GMT, it seems like they should have had a full 24 hours to get into the latest ports build.
