^ hierarchy I would drop NO_TEST - the tests do run ok, and the failure is easy for a tester to understand, so no point in disabling them. with that, OK. (Perhaps use TZ=UTC ls -rlT and regen expected_outcome if you release a newer version of rpkitouch sometime?)
