for libmaa:
- s/MASTER_SITES/SITES
- remove @static-lib in @comment, otherwise update-plist will re-add them
i.e. @comment @static-lib lib/libmaa_p.a -> @comment lib/libmaa_p.a
otherwise ok op@ to import, and ok for dictd too.
I'm still new to this dictionary server protocol as well, but seems to
work fine; I'm testing with a few dictionaries from freedict-*:
