Hi, proposal to import devel/py-pdm-backend, a Python build backend used by PDM (Python Dependency Manager https://pdm.fming.dev).
- Main site: https://pdm-backend.fming.dev/ - GH repository: https://github.com/pdm-project/pdm-backend I need this Python build backend to update/import other Python modules that use it, so I create this initial port. - Create initial port for version 2.1.7 according to python-module. - Build and tests OK on current/amd64 with Python 3.10.13 Tests/comments welcome and please commit if OK.
