This is a message from the anoncvs server. Probably a previous client crashed during an operation. Most (probably all) anoncvs servers clean this from a cronjob so should auto-fix, but if it keeps happening after 24h or so then maybe drop the mirror maintainer a mail. You can use another mirror in the meantime.
