There's an open question about updating picard, https://marc.info/?l=openbsd-ports&m=169089653930590&w=2 Your mail client has line-wrapped the diff, you might have better luck if you can insert as a file in your editor, or maybe attach it. btw REVISION should be removed on version updates.
