Yes certainly. Should be pretty straightforward to adapt from x11/st to make a new port. (I didn't find xst earlier, otherwise I probably would have used that rather than adding the scrollback flavour to st - most other forks appear to have kept the "st" name as-is so there's already one benefit of xst over the others in that it's less ambiguous :)
