Hello there,
I have created a mail server consisting of some postfix and
dovecot-2.3.20v0,
dovecot-mysql-2.3.20v0 and dovecot-pigeonhole-0.5.20v1 packages for my
own use.
Whenever I compile a sieve script through "sievec" binary, I get some
warning lines related to Linux kernel as output.
The full output is as follows;
[root@mail:/etc/dovecot/sieve]# sievec test.sieve
sievec(root)<55514><>: Debug: Loading modules from directory:
/usr/local/lib/dovecot
sievec(root)<55514><>: Debug: Module loaded:
/usr/local/lib/dovecot/lib15_notify_plugin.so
sievec(root)<55514><>: Debug: Module loaded:
/usr/local/lib/dovecot/lib20_mail_log_plugin.so
sievec(root): Debug: Effective uid=0, gid=0, home=/root
sievec(root): Debug: open(/proc/self/stat) failed: No such file or
directory
sievec(root): Debug: open(/proc/self/io) failed: No such file or
directory
Please note that this happens only when "mail_debug" is set to "yes" in
dovecot.conf file.
The script does indeed gets compiled, however I still wanted to report
the issue above.
OS: OpenBSD 7.3-RELEASE, Generic amd64 kernel.
Kindest Regards,
