It would be nice if this could be committed. If a diff is tested in a bulk, the PLIST database is updated and while that could be undone by hand, or blown away and regenerated from a clean tree this is additional work that I'd rather not do. In other words: it would be nice if a diff that is tested in a bulk could land relatively promptly if there are no blockers.
