Thanks, Frohwein. I do not think that bibtex2html should be a 
RUN_DEPENDS, since it is a QoL improvement rather than one needed to run 
the program. It enhances the previewing functionality, but some might 
not want to use that functionality at all. "Some to most people probably 
should" would have been better than "everyone probably should;" sorry if 
that was confusing.

A link to the Handbook is the first option under the "Help" tab inside 
KBibTeX. Accordingly, I do not think that it needs to be officially 
documented somewhere inside the Port's files.

Overall, I was just trying to leave a helpful note -- "for posterity" 
exploring these lists, as I often do.
