Thanks, it was my mistake : priority order for ${PORTDIR}/mystuff in PORTSDIR_PATH. After redefining it in /etc/mk.conf, my problem is solved : package and install OK for my neovim port.
Edd, my patch for editors/neovim version 0.8.2 is OK : build and tests work correctly on amd64.
