OpenBSD: 7.1 Package: rsync-3.2.5pl0-iconv When installing this earlier, I was confused why `rcctl start rsyncd` failed. Debug output revealed rsync complaining about a missing config file. Creating an empty config file at /etc/rsyncd.conf solved the problem.
While this is arguably an rsync bug and the daemon should act as if there is an empty config when no config exists, I would expect the package to ship a default configuration file at /etc/rsyncd.conf. -- Colton Lewis
