Cherrypy3 is incompatible with cherrypy2. Turbogears needs cherrypy2. Both 2 and 3 are still maintained and stable; see http://www.cherrypy.org/wiki/CherryPyDownload. That's why i've called it cherrypy2-${V} and marked a proper @conflict.
