shiny new vim release... from the website:

"After one year and five days of waiting: a brand new Vim release!
This is a stable version. There are many bug fixes and updated runtime
files. No amazing new features. Upgrading from a previous version is
highly recommended: a few crashing bugs and a security issue were
fixed. For the details see the announcement."

New diff... cleans some junk out of the makefile, puts the distfiles
in distfiles/vim71 rather than vim7, and fixes a packaging problem.

GDB has a 'break' feature; why doesn't it have 'fix' too?
