Hello, I am trying to make chromium use an mfs partition for temporary files used to display web pages. I already mounted /tmp as an mfs partition. I used XDG_CACHE_HOME=/tmp chrome to force it use the /tmp for cache. I'm not sure if it does.
I still see some disk usage, especially when loading youtube start page, I can see disk usage when doing a page down multiple times - pictures are not displayed fast, the disks spins, then they are displayed one by one. If my question and challenge are not failures, can someone tell where chomium is keeping web page bits like pictures and so on the disk? Thank you.
