There is a standard format which should be used for pkg-readme files. That said, I don't think it is necessary to include a pkg-readme for this at all. The change is clearly mentioned in upstream's release notes and it is not something that the user _should_ have to do anything with. For most users it is just another file to either read and forget about, or ignore completely (and IMHO including mostly-ignorable things in pkg-readmes is likely to reduce the chance people will read them at all, so are less likely to see the important ones). > * beginning with 9.56.0 ghostscript enables a new PDF interpreter.
