Hi,

jca@ suggested that it may be a good idea to get the latest gnupg in before we
lock.

The update is simple and all tests pass on amd64.

I note that npth and libgcrypt also have updates, but I don't think we should
touch those so close to lock.

I'm also dropping MAINTAINER. I don't use gpg any more.
