Just to answer this question. There are indeed a number of incompatibilities 
with 4.13.1.

I think I have diffs for all except camlp5.

For example:

For camlp5 it looks like the 7.x series doesn’t support ocaml 4.13 and the 8.x 
series crashes for me at build time.

In general my experience is that skipping an ocaml release in the tree is 
harder to do and going one version at a time is pretty much the way to go.
