I ran an amd64 bulk build with base clang updated to LLVM 13. There is substantial fallout. Java appears to be broken and there are numerous failures caused by clang 13 issuing new warnings and ports using -Werror.
Failure logs: http://build-failures.rhaalovely.net/amd64-clang/2021-10-27/ The final error may be misleading. For instance, devel/libdsm fails with a linker error "undefined reference to pthread_create", but the root cause is -Werror breaking a configure check. Below there's a list of affected ports. Several hundred more weren't built because they depend on something that failed. audio/cmus audio/mpd audio/scmpc cad/opensta cad/pcb cad/pcb2gcode chinese/c2t databases/db/v4,-java databases/sqlcipher devel/cppcheck devel/jdk/11 devel/jdk/16 devel/libdsm devel/libgtop2 devel/qbs devel/xtensa-lx106-elf/binutils editors/vim,gtk3,lua games/dopewars games/eduke32 games/jbrickshooter games/lwjgl games/nblood games/puzzles games/scid graphics/gimp/stable graphics/vulkan-validation-layers inputmethods/fcitx java/jBCrypt java/jna java/tanukiwrapper lang/abcl lang/dmd lang/gambit lang/jimtcl lang/jruby lang/kawa lang/libv8 lang/python/3.9 misc/posixtestsuite net/gssdp net/gtk-gnutella net/i2p net/openfire security/encfs security/nss security/p5-Crypt-OpenSSL-X509 security/pinentry sysutils/curlftpfs sysutils/login_oath sysutils/rundeck textproc/apertium textproc/pdftk www/icedtea-web www/libwebsockets www/tor-browser/browser x11/awesome x11/fvwm2 x11/jwm x11/mate/panel x11/parcellite x11/qt5/qtlocation! x11/tkhtml -- Christian "naddy" Weisgerber na...@mips.inka.de
