looks good but i think deps need a bit of sorting:

LIB_DEPENDS www/libcroco not needed for mail/claws-mail,-bogofilter ?
LIB_DEPENDS x11/gnome/librsvg not needed for mail/claws-mail,-bogofilter
LIB_DEPENDS www/libcroco not needed for mail/claws-mail,-spamassassin ?
LIB_DEPENDS x11/gnome/librsvg not needed for mail/claws-mail,-spamassassin ?
LIB_DEPENDS www/libcroco not needed for mail/claws-mail,-pdfviewer ?
LIB_DEPENDS x11/gnome/librsvg not needed for mail/claws-mail,-pdfviewer
LIB_DEPENDS www/libcroco not needed for mail/claws-mail,-gdata ?
LIB_DEPENDS x11/gnome/librsvg not needed for mail/claws-mail,-gdata ?

those should move to LIB_DEPENDS-main, and i dont think its necessary
to list devel/glib2 (twice!) in LIB_DEPENDS as gtk+3 is already there :)

i dont even think croco is needed, grepping for it doesnt yield
anything ?

claws-mail-4.0.0(mail/claws-mail,-main):
Extra: croco-0.6.4
