Hi,
I didn't realise I was the MAINTAINER of this... updating to the newest
release, 0.1.10. Since 0.1.4, sqlite2mdoc has iteratively cleaned up
the mdoc(7) generated from sqlite3.h.
This also turns on the regression test.
