I confirmed that the port builds, and from a ports perspective, things look OK. I didn't do any runtime testing. I'm not sure about PERMIT_PACKAGE, hopefully some more knowledgeable developer can review their license agreement and see if it permits redistribution of packages. The agreement talks about Redistributable Products, but says to qualify the name or description needs to contain "Redistributable". The DISTNAME doesn't contain "Redistributable".
