Tweaked version attached, ok with me for someone to import.
I have changed:

- move from devel to sysutils
- don't hardcode MODPY_VERSION, use FLAVOR=python3/FLAVORS=python3
instead
- add missing build dep on pathlib
- reformat DESCR (line wrap, shorten the example - DESCR isn't the
best place for docs but since it's so simple to use it will do,
but best kept as short as possible)
