Thank you for the update ! I've tested this with wi(4), ral(4) , ath(4) and malo(4) on amd64. Kismet and wi(4) worked without any problems for me. The same with ral(4), but with the exception of bugreport #5321. Using ath(4) or malo(4) , kismet shows detected networks but no data packets will be captured. While using kismet with malo(4) , i could observe the kismet_server process running at 100% CPU usage - which resulted in a slowly-acting system. Steffen
