O'Reilly have made this book available for free download under the
Creative Commons license, see article at

This downloads the zip'd PDF and installs it in the same directory as
the other Asterisk documentation. Doesn't depend on Asterisk, as
somebody might in theory want to read the book before installing Asterisk.
