Alllright, I cleaned this port up a bit, put foxicons/ and foxrc/ in
$LOCALBASE/share/ and added a @sample default Desktop file in
$SYSCONFDIR/foxrc/.
Works fine.

I realize this is a few months late, but this port works fine. I've
been using it on amd64 for almost 3 months, and it still builds fine
on -current.
