Well, i'm running it in production on 4.0-stable, i have a box
running 4.0-current for development, i had some quite useful
discussions with Mike Erdely, and i started working on a 2.1
port which does not yet work.

Clearly, 2.0 is not reliable, so no use trying to repair that
one. It's not that bad that it must be marked outright BROKEN,
but it is almost certainly leaking file descriptors for at least
two different reasons, quite probably more. The author also claims
he fixed some leaks in 2.1.

On the other hand, 2.1 compiles, but segfaults due to incompatible
function interfaces, as far as i understood (not quite sure yet
about the reasons). I would have to work this out following some
hints from Mike Erdely.

Thus, i would say: Drop the MAINTAINER now, and in case i manage
to get it going, i will submit the port with MAINTAINER=me.

Yours,
  Ingo
