I've got an updated port for BackupPC 3.0.0beta2. I'll send you the files as soon as I've fixed a couple of minor bugs. The file system layout has changed. In version 2 everything was stored in /var/backuppc. In version 3 the configuration has moved to /etc/backuppc. The log files are now stored in /var/log/backuppc. The other directories have moved to /var/db/backuppc. I could keep the old layout but one benefit of the new layout is that you may put /var/db/backuppc on a hard disk that powers down when no backups are in progress. On the other hand,
