ipcalc is a small network calculator I wrote in C.
ok for i386 current. to whom it may concern: given the fact that there's no network calc. in our ports tree, it is probably fair to say that it would be a worthwhile addition. nor its licence, nor simplicity would make it an obstacle. thanks.
