More micropatches from vim.org I've also heard that gvim (gtk2 flavor) has threading problems under gnome (ie. because it's not linked with -pthread) so I've added -pthread in the makefile.
Test. -- GDB has a 'break' feature; why doesn't it have 'fix' too?
