IceWM 1.2.25 -> 1.2.26 Update

Hi All,

Here is an update for IceWM 1.2.25 to 1.2.26. Here are the changes
(taken from http://www.icewm.org/changes.php) since the last release:

fix icesh workspace switching (Thomas Holder)
Polish translation fix (Pawel Chwalowski)
fix focus after closing fullscreen window
new option: TaskBarShowTransientWindows (default = 1, for now)

I have tested the port on i386 and everything works ok.
