Well, I must have missed a FAQ.
Could you please answer my question;
For what reasons did you create the seventeen patches only to
remove -1.0 siffixes?

will make it harder to maintain the port.
I'm afraid that a mistake in a patch could lead to a serious problem,
because it affects shared libraries.

So, I'm interested in the reason. I don't mean to object to you.
